The AVK Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired the majority of the shares of VCW Válvulas - Indústria, Comércio e Representação Ltda. 12-04-2016
This acquisition complements both AVK and VCW Brazil product lines, offering different types of gate, butterfly and check valves according to the Brazilian standards to better meet and exceed customers’ needs.
As part of the AVK Group, both companies are able to supply the market with our extensive range of products and expertise on valves, hydrants, couplings, tapping saddles, fittings and accessories.
Cloves Pissutti, Vanderlei Carvalho and Paulo Segura, founders and business directors over the past six years, remain partners and managing the business as usual.
Our factories and sales offices in Indaiatuba and Sorocaba are well structured and ready to supply the Brazilian market with local and global products.
