This year, we have strengthened our global team and welcomed many new colleagues and surpassed 5,500 employees – clear evidence of our growth and the strong community that is the foundation for our future success. We have also welcomed Frese Metal- og Stålstøberi A/S to the AVK family – an exciting addition that strengthens our competencies and development.

Another milestone has been the merger of our water division with our industrial division, which has strengthened our position and created AVK Water Solutions – a unified entity with strong leadership and clear ambitions. The new structure makes us more agile and integrated in our approach to customers and markets.

2025 has also been a year filled with celebrations. We marked AVK GUMMI’s 50-year anniversary and 40-years of commitment in Saudi Arabia and AVK UK – along with several other milestones that tell the story of our perseverance and development.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all employees for your tremendous commitment and effort over the past year. Thank you to our loyal customers and partners for your trust in us and for a very successful collaboration in 2025. Together, we have achieved impressive results and strengthened AVK's position globally.
